Kimberly Kay Musolf (Barnhart), age 62, passed away unexpectedly on May 30, 2026. Kimberly was born on May 26, 1964 to Donna Barnhart and Ralph Boecker, in Rochester, Minnesota. A graduate of Mayo High School, she went on to become a home health aide. She met Robin Musolf and they had two children together, Lucas and Shalissa Musolf. They later divorced. She went on to further her education as a graduate of Sister Rosalind’s School of Professional Massage.

Kimberly had a unique gift for making people feel cared for, comforted, and understood. She spent over 25 years providing a healing touch in massage therapy. Whether through her work, a kind word, a listening ear, or simply her presence, she had a way of bringing peace and healing to those around her.

Faith was a guiding force throughout Kimberly's life. She found strength, comfort, and purpose in her relationship with God, and her faith shaped the way she cared for others.

Kimberly enjoyed life's simple pleasures and cherished time spent with those she loved. She found peace in the beauty of God's creation and loved spending time outdoors, surrounded by nature. She especially loved riding on motorcycles, embracing the freedom of the open road and the memories made along the way. Above all, Kimberly treasured time with her family and found her greatest joy in being a grandmother. Her beloved grandchildren, Stella, Isabelle, and Everett, brought immeasurable happiness to her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

Kimberly is survived by her daughter, Shalissa Musolf; her son, Lucas Musolf; his wife, Krystle; her grandchildren, Stella, Isabelle, and Everett; her father, Ralph Boecker; her siblings, Kirstie, Bryan, Sabrina, and Scott; the father of her children, Robin Musolf; and many extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Donna Barnhart, and her brother, Ricky Boecker.

Though her passing leaves a profound void in the hearts of those who loved her, her legacy of compassion, faith, and healing will live on through the many lives she touched. Those who knew Kimberly will remember her warm smile, her caring heart, and the healing touch that made others feel seen, valued, and loved.
