Nancy Elizabeth Moe, 66, of Kasson MN, passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2017, at her home surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer.

Nancy was born on April 15, 1951 and grew up in Lake City, MN. She graduated from Lake City High School in 1969 and began her first job waitressing. It was while she was waitressing that she met Glen Moe, whom she would later marry. She then went to school for Nursing Assistant and became employed by Mayo Clinic. Nancy worked for Mayo Clinic for 37 years at which time she then retired. Nancy was happily married to Glen for 41 years, during that time they welcomed two sons. She enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening and flowers. Nancy also, enjoyed watching and reading murder mystery novels and movies, traveling, birds and spending time with family, including spoiling her grandchildren.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Glen Moe; sons, Shane (Bridget) Moe of Kasson, MN, Cory Moe of Kasson MN; sister, Sue (John) Halling of Winona, MN; 3 grandchildren, Karina, Grayson and Gavin Moe and many nieces, nephews and other family.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

A time of visitation will take place from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at South Zumbro Lutheran Church, Kasson, MN; there will be a service and luncheon to follow.
